SportStock is a platform that allows users to invest in sports teams through a stock-like trading system. Users can buy and sell shares of sports teams based on their performance and market conditions.

Important: SportStock is a form of sports betting/investing and involves financial risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

To use SportStock, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SportStock and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportStock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
